Employment
Employment relationships, contracts and disputes, for employers managing teams across jurisdictions.

Scope of practice
We advise employers on the legal relationship with their people — from contracts, policies and senior-executive arrangements to restructurings, terminations and disputes. For international clients we also address work-permit and mobility questions: foreign ownership of a Turkish company does not, by itself, give a foreign shareholder or director the right to work in Türkiye.
We help employers put the relationship on a clear footing from the outset — contracts and policies that fit how the business actually operates — and we plan the difficult moments, particularly terminations and restructurings, so that a sound commercial decision is not undone by a procedural error. For groups operating across borders, we keep the Turkish position aligned with wider group policy without losing sight of local mandatory rules.
Typical matters
- Employment contracts and workplace policies

How we assist
We help employers act fairly and lawfully while protecting their legitimate interests, planning sensitive decisions carefully so that a sound commercial reason is not undermined by a procedural mistake.
